Wooden peel board, untreated, to be used to put pizza into and take pizza out of the oven. Made with a single piece of wood.
6303: 100 x 30 cm.
For the last 50 years, Doriโs carpenters, from father to son, continue to represent the best in the workmanship and artistry of wooden accessories, pizzeria tools and platters. These products are truly beautiful and fit for purpose โ they are long lasting and maintain their quality when treated correctly.
The quality of materials, together with the ability of their craftsmen, create the perfect tools for a variety of uses. The peels are unique for handling, lightness and longevity compared to mass-produced tools. Wood is simply the best material for the construction of pizza oven peels, wooden serving boards and platters for pizzerias.
The products are entirely made of wood, they are produced without using any glues, or any harmful chemical treatments which are not food safe. Wood is naturally hygroscopic, absorbing and attracting moisture, which can help maintain certain foods for greater holding and serving.
The wood is approved by the RECC, as it is considered the best material for the seasoning of traditional Italian cheese like a Reggiano Parmesan, Grana Padano and Roman Pecorino.
All wooden accessories are Dori Production guaranteed by its registration of authenticity, heat branded onto each item. However, if you would like to add a personal touch to your beautiful Dori items, youโll be excited to hear that Dori offers customised branding. It costs only ยฃ50.00 to create your stamp, which you can have as your restaurant name and logo to truly go the extra mile for your customers, and once youโve created the stamp you can use that time and time again on each item you order for only 50p per product! Minimum 50pcs.
Itโs the little things that count, and what a beautiful touch to add to your lovely new wooden serving boards, peels, or serving platters.
