TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney

The TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney is specifically designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances. Engineered for durability and safety, it offers superior insulation and high-temperature resistance.

Construction

  • Outer Skin: Made from 304 grade stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness, available in both Matt Black and Stainless Steel finishes.
  • Inner Skin: Crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick, for high corrosion resistance.
  • Insulation: Insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 200kg/m³, ensuring optimal thermal protection.
  • Fully Welded: All components are fully welded for superior strength and longevity.
  • Safety Clearance: Requires a minimum distance of 50mm from any combustible materials.

  • 500mm
  • 1000mm Both sizes are available in Matt Black and Stainless Steel finishes.

Approvals

  • HETAS Approved for solid fuel applications.
  • CE Marked, complying with designation numbers:
    • EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50
    • EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20

Installation

All parts are easily secured using a Locking Band (included). Ensure that a 50mm distance from the outer surface of the flue to any combustible materials (wood, plasterboard) is maintained for safety.

This reliable, premium-quality chimney system is available in multiple sizes and finishes to meet the specific needs of your installation.

500 twin walled flue pipe - available in two colours, black or stainless steel.

The flue pipes allow you to simply fit an extraction system for your oven if you are using it inside a building or a vehicle. The length of the flue pipe you require will be determined by the distance you have between the top of the oven where you wish the flue to end outside of the building or vehicle.

Also available in 1000mm length.
