Entry level training course which is perfect for those who want to learn the trade and have no prior experience in the field. But also, an invaluable course for anyone already in the trade wanting to hone their skills and complete a certified course.

40 hours total, 10 hours of theory lessons and 30 hours of practical.

2 Day Course - Neapolitan Pizza Specialisation Course
This course focuses on Neapolitan Pizza. A deep dive into the correct preparation methods, cooking, and recipes. Previous experience is essential for this course.

2 Day Course - Pala and Pan Specialisation Course
This course focuses on Pala and Pan Pizza styles. Gain an understanding of how to get the best result every time. Previous experience is essential for this course.
