Construction
Built for strength and durability, the TWPro chimney features an outer skin made from 0.4mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, finished with a high-temperature black coating for enhanced protection. The inner skin is constructed from 316-grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick, ensuring excellent heat resistance and corrosion protection. Insulated with compressed rockwool at a density of 200kg/m³, this chimney provides superior thermal insulation, ensuring safe operation in demanding environments. All components are fully welded for increased durability and leak prevention. A minimum clearance of 50mm from combustible materials is required for safe operation.
Approvals
The TWPro chimney system is fully compliant with industry standards, being both HETAS approved and CE marked. It meets the rigorous requirements of European standards, with designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20, ensuring high performance and safety.
Installation
The TWPro chimney system is designed for straightforward installation, with components securely fastened using a Locking Band (included with each part). For safety, always maintain a 50mm clearance between the outer surface of the flue and any combustible materials, such as wood or plasterboard, during installation.
