An important team effort in which the Neapolitan experience and the artisan company technology have allowed the creation of a unique instrument, certified by the True Neapolitan Pizza Association in wood or gas. The oven is constructed of an exclusive mix of materials and lava stone from Vesuvius. The oven can be pre-assembled in the factory or assembled on site in a single day with only a standard door required as access. Available either with a plain metal cupola ready for you to tile or a fully painted cupola in a range of over 1600 colours.
