Learn Pizza Making with Emanuele Scherma
Our Development Chef, Emanuele Scherma, a certified instructor from the prestigious Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, is offering a variety of pizza training days throughout 2025.

Join his 1-day summer course, perfect for beginners or pizza enthusiasts, to learn:

• Flour types and dough preparation
• Creating perfect dough balls
• Hand-stretching pizza
• Cooking showstopping pizzas

Courses will be held at The Dough Depot in Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0RA. All equipment, ingredients, and recipes are included. Refreshments and lunch (your own pizzas!) provided.
