White's Pizza Training Days

Our Development Chef, Emanuele Scherma, is a certified training instructor through the prestigious Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. We are holding a multitude of pizza training days throughout 2023. The training courses cover a range of pizza, techniques and levels. 

Emanuele is offering a 1 day training course through Pizza Equipment to learn the basics of pizza making. Anyone can join this course, whether you are contemplating starting your own pizza truck business or just want to impress family and friends making pizza in your home, this course is for you. Held on Saturdays over the summer the 1 day course will cover:

- Flour types overview
- How to correctly measure and mix dough
- How to create perfect dough balls
- How to stretch pizza by hand
- How to cook your showstopping pizza

The pizza training courses will take place at The Dough Depot, the show kitchen in Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 0RA.

SCUOLA ITALIANA PIZZAIOLI TRAINING COURSES

In partnership with Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, Emanuele is also offering a range of courses to become a pizza master. On these courses you will learn in depth pizza making skills and gain a certified qualification. 
5 DAY COURSE - Entry level professional training course
18th - 22nd September 2023
40 hours total (10 hours of theory lessons and 30 hours practical sessions).
2 DAY COURSE - Neapolitan pizza style
25th - 26th October 2023
16 hours total across two days (2 hours of theory lessons and 14 hours of practical sessions).
2 DAY COURSE - Pala and Pan pizza styles
22nd - 23rd November 2023
16 hours total across two days (2 hours of theory lessons and 14 hours of practical sessions).
