Description

The Napoletana Pizza Peels are used to slide pizza into the oven. Napoletana pizza peels are designed to be used in high temperatures and are Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana approved (approved to make real Neapolitan pizzas). The special design and shape of the holes allow ideal removal of excess flour, both when putting the pizza directly on the head and during the accompanied lifting, typical of the Neapolitan tradition. These peels are designed and tested with the collaboration of the very best pizza makers, in extreme oven temperature conditions and maximum use frequency.
